for whom the Gate Pass is sought ( One photograph to be appended on the Gate
Pass and the other to be kept for your record ).
The annexed
statement contains a declaration by each of our employees for whom a Gate Pass
is requested disclaiming any right to make any claim for employment or
otherwise against the Corporation.
It
is understood that Gate Pass will be counter-signed by us as the employer of
the person to whom the Gate Pass is issued and by our employee to whom the Gate
Pass is issued. We undertake to present
our authorised representative and the employee (s) with proper identification
at the time of issue of the Gate Passes for physical verification and counter-signature.
It is understood
that the issue of Gate Passes shall not impose any liability on Indian Oil
Corporation Limited and that we as employers of persons for whom gate passes
are sought assume full responsibility for all acts and omissions of such
persons to whom the Gate Passes are issued.

Dear All,
We are carrying out trial for SMS based stock /indent monitoring system for our retail outlets . It just requires a daily SMS from dealer at 8:00 AM to a designated number. System will process the data and generates tank age utilization based on stock received through SMS and tank age already updated in system.
Proposed System will acknowledge receipt of Stock and Indent and will send confirmatory SMS back to sender. Proposed System also has a facility to send reminders to dealers with pending SMS at 8:30 AM ,9:00 AM and 9:30 AM and at 10:00AM it will generates FO wise /DO wise stock statement and auto send the data by mail to all concerned . It will also capture proposed indents by dealers as confirmed through SMS. We hope such system will be really helpful for our field and expect your constructive participation in this. To kick start the trial we require DO wise RO details as per attached sheet immediately for building up tank age data. It will be appreciated if we can get the data by tomorrow .
Once any DO have sent us tank age data as per attached format they can ask dealers to SMS message as per following details to 07597410106 from next day onwards.
