We are carrying out trial for  SMS based stock /indent monitoring system for our retail outlets .  It just requires a daily SMS from dealer at 8:00 AM to a designated number. System will process the  data  and generates tank age utilization based on stock received through SMS and tank age already updated in system.

Proposed System will acknowledge receipt of Stock and Indent and will send confirmatory SMS back to sender.  Proposed System also has a facility to send reminders to dealers with pending SMS  at 8:30 AM  ,9:00 AM and 9:30 AM and at 10:00AM it will generates FO wise /DO wise stock statement and auto send the data by mail to all concerned . It will also capture proposed indents by dealers as confirmed through SMS. We hope such system will be really helpful for our field and expect  your constructive participation in this. To kick start the trial we require DO wise RO details as per attached sheet immediately for building up tank age data. It will be appreciated if we can get the data  by tomorrow .    

Once any DO have sent us tank age data as per attached format they can ask dealers to SMS message as per following details to 07597410106  from next day onwards.

In case product is not available or indent is not there those details can be removed like dealer with only MS & HSD  and no indent for date will send only
